The Spare Parts Required report lists spare parts used by assets (equipment) in the database. It can be used to get a list of spare parts to take to a site for a maintenance visit. The report can be filtered by location.

eg. Show all spare parts required in Melbourne.

Access this screen via:
 Maintenance >> Spare Parts Required

This report is generated from information entered into the database in the Spare Parts section of the main Asset Record. The Spare Parts themselves must be entered into the 'Spare Parts' Master List before they are available to the system.
