Add a supervisor responsible for checking if maintenance work has been completed.

Access this screen via:
 Asset Audit/Control >> Edit Master Lists >> 'Approved By'

'Work Required' noted in the database is only cleared from the Work Required report when it has been 'Approved By' a supervisor and the supervisor's name entered against the original 'Work Required' entry in the Event Log.

1. Type the name of the supervisor that work can be 'Approved By' (eg. Roger Matthews).
2. Choose the Organisation they work for (full version of database only).
3. Select "Add ".
