A summary of work done to assets (equipment). eg. The cost and list of work done in the last quarter.
Access this screen via:
Management >> Event Report
The Event Report gives an overview of Maintenance Events (services) entered into the database. Maintenance Events can be sorted by 'date', 'owner', 'location', 'state', 'asset type' and 'maintenance body' (eg. a contractor organisation performing maintenance). Enter the charge for hours worked to enable the report to generate a total cost with the parameters given (eg. total cost for the 1st quarter for the Sydney warehouse).

$/hour Non Maintenance | The cost allocated per man hour worked on non maintenance activities | $44.00 |
Administration Surcharge | A percentage added to the costs of 'Parts, etc' to cover the cost of sourcing spare parts | 10% |
